In each moment we get to choose what is important to us…beliefs, past experiences and emotions affect our decisions. When we allow choices to affect us in a negative way our body’s receptors start to lose their way as well, especially if it’s over time of repeated behavior. We don’t actually know or realize how bad we feel. We become desensitized to it. If something doesn’t feel right it probably isn’t right for your body. Keep asking yourself…how would it feel to choose “this” instead. Break patterns, choose new routines. Allow yourself the freedom you’ve been craving. Break the chains. What habits can you bring in to support where you want to go?

Love this! Such an important message Christy. I heard a great idea once about setting reminders on your phone to keep you on track with creating good habits. I think that would work well with your advice.
