What would your heart do?
If that was the question asked for every decision you had to make then would your outcome be different?
Having a ‘heart check‘ is a great way to align yourself with what your brain wants. Don’t be afraid to do a ‘gut check‘ as well. These signals from your body are faster than your thoughts, it’s ok to let them lead the way.
Coming into your body to make decisions is a different way to trust yourself. How would it feel to just give your brain a break every once in a while?
