Drinking a smoothie every morning has been instrumental in helping me feel good throughout the day for the past month! This recipe is one that I actually made up myself – which is one of the only things I can just “whip” up!
- Ingredients List:
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop vital proteins (collagen peptides)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- mix in blender/vitamix
I haven’t ventured into trying smoothie bowls, but had a little extra today, so popped the rest into a little dish – I topped with a few chia seeds and hemp hearts as well as some frozen strawberries and I was good to go!
